Cultural Awareness Programs

Tailored to the needs of older adults, our Gentle Movement & Mindful Fitness program offers a safe, inclusive space for seniors to stay active, connected, and empowered. Through adaptive yoga and other low impact exercises, participants build flexibility, core strength, and joint mobility: Reducing fall risk and improving posture.
